Terms of Service

1. The service

TrajectIQ™ provides career assessment and career intelligence tools, including a free Career Clarity Quiz and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Not professional advice

TrajectIQ provides informational guidance to support your own career decisions. It is not legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no outcome — interviews, offers, or salary changes — is guaranteed. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent payment, or violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Pro and Elite are billed monthly (or annually, where offered) via PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account or your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period. There are no cancellation fees.
• Founding-member pricing: rates locked at signup remain in effect for as long as the subscription stays active and in good standing.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of anything you upload (e.g., resume text). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your results. Reports generated for you are yours to use, including the shareable Career Intelligence Statement.

6. Our intellectual property

The TrajectIQ platform, scoring methodology, content, and branding are the property of Fustech Consulting, LLC (Patent Pending — U.S. Provisional Application No. 64/061,958). You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or build derivative assessment products from the service.

7. Acceptable use

No automated scraping, no attempting to access other users' data, no use of the service to violate any law, and no interfering with the operation or security of the platform.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fustech Consulting, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
