Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — when you request your free quiz results or create an account.
• Account information — name and email if you sign up (including via Google sign-in). Authentication is handled by Supabase; we never see or store your password in our own systems.
• Quiz and platform inputs — your assessment answers and, if you use Pro tools, the resume or job-description content you choose to upload. These are used solely to generate your results.
• Payment status — subscriptions are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card or bank details; we receive only your subscription status and PayPal subscription ID.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand aggregate site usage.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your assessment results and reports.
• To provide and manage your account and subscription.
• To send you your report and, if you opt in, relevant product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the product using aggregate, de-identified usage data.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above (Supabase, PayPal, Google Analytics, Netlify) as needed to operate the product, or where required by law.

Data stored on your device

We use browser localStorage to remember things like your quiz answers and email between pages. This data stays on your device; clearing your browser storage removes it. You can also use the "Start fresh" link on the homepage.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@fustechconsulting.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (e.g., GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), we will honor requests consistent with those laws.

Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS everywhere), and database access is restricted with row-level security.

Children

TrajectIQ is intended for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and note the change on this page.
